There’s not many venues that exude elegance and romance as much as The Olympic Club. Not only is it steeped in rich history, but the architectural details and perfectly manicured gardens position it as a top destination for weddings in San Francisco. It’s also much more than just a wedding venue; it’s also a private club that has hosted the US Open several times, and their members have brought home Olympic medals, national/world records, etc. It’s a place I have come to love so dearly and am always overjoyed for an opportunity to go back!

The Olympic Club is a wedding venue filled with historical charm, incredible service, and natural beauty everywhere you turn. Being as it was originally built in 1860, it has so many unique details that have kept its original essence, but still renovated to keep it clean and elevated. Honestly, the entire location is completely picture-perfect; you truly can’t go wrong with portraits anywhere on the property. This all makes it such an ideal location for a wedding you won’t forget!

For convenience, there is a bridal suite on site that has been newly renovated, perfect for those getting ready shots with your favorite people. And to make your experience even more stress-free, the event staff at Olympic Club walk you through the entire process of creating a custom menu to fit exactly what you have envisioned. You will also have their experienced banquet staff that can provide the best of service to your guests.

What really sets The Olympic Club apart and creates the most magical setting for saying your vows, is their open, and beautifully lit atrium. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide the best views of the property, and let in plenty of natural light that makes for incredible photos! It can also host anywhere from small, intimate events up to 400 guest count large affairs.

Being a prestigious golf course, it has hosted multiple National Championships and U.S. Open Championships and the grounds are truly breathtaking. The sea views from the course are definitely a highlight, and it is one of my favorite backdrops for my couples here.

Choosing The Olympic Club for your Wedding

When choosing to host a wedding at The Olympic Club, Lakeside, there are multiple areas arroundd the venue that you can consider for ryour eveent. Here are the different locations you can choose from:

The Ballroom: This room can host 300 standing guests, or 200 seated guests with a food and beverrage minimum of $15,000 and a rental fee of $1,500.
The Ballroom w/ Porch: This room can host 350 standing guests, or 250 seated guests with both the rental fee and food and beverage fee included.
The Garden Court: This room can host 200 standing guests, or 120 seated guests with a food and beverage minimum of $13,000 and a rental fee of $1,500.
The Garden Court w/ Veranda: This room can host 250 standing guests, or 200 seated guests with both the rental fee and food and beverage fee included.
Vista Room: This room can host 60 standing guests, or 40 seated guests with a food and beverage minimum of $4,000 and a rental fee of $1,000.
