Once you fill out my contact form, I will be in touch to schedule a time to chat via Zoom.
During our call, we'll talk about your plans for your wedding day. I will also answer any questions you may have and most importantly, get to know you. This not only helps us decide if we are a good fit, but it allows us to effectively plan a session that will showcase your love story – the way you see it!
I'll use the information from our consultation call to draft a proposal that best suits your needs. We'll put both our names on the dotted lines to make it official and your date is on the calendar!

We'll stay in touch throughout the entire process, asking all the right questions to understand you better and what matters most on your wedding day.
I will be there to provide a calming presence for you when things are stressful. I'll take notice of the details, no matter how small they may seem and of course capture all the organic and vulnerable moments between you and the people you love most.
I'll send a few sneak peeks within one week after your wedding. You'll receive your full gallery within 2-3 months and get to relive all those moments all over again!

Pricing for associate photographers starts at $3,500 for traditional weddings.
All the same inclusions and additionally one-on-one meetings with me to ensure your wedding is captured the way you intended.
My associate photographers are professional photographers who will document your wedding day on behalf of the SWS brand. They will shoot with a similar style and level of expertise as the lead photographer. They photograph your wedding and I edit your photos to match the level of quality as those in our portfolio.

How much is the retainer, and is it refundable?

Are you open for travel and how it is billed?
For weddings, the retainer is $500. For any other service, the retainer is 50% of your package price, and they are both non-refundable. The retainers go toward your remaining balance.

For weddings, (depending on package) you will receive all edited images through a private online gallery within 4-8 weeks after your wedding date. Within 72 hours, you will also receive a preview through a private online gallery that you can download straight to your phone and share with friends and family!
Portrait sessions have a turnaround time of 2 weeks and studio portrait sessions have a turnaround time of 3 weeks.

Of course! I simply multiply the miles traveled by the current IRS mileage rate. If airfare or hotel are needed, you are required to reimburse me for my expenses.
